About The Opportunity
Due to business growth, we are looking for an Area Manager to join our Myhealth network in Melbourne! The role of Area Manager will primarily be responsible for providing operational leadership for the designated area/practices within your Melbourne territory with the aim to develop, coach, support and manage Practice Managers and Practice teams to deliver the best care and support to our doctors, patients and the broader community, while deeply understanding key performance drivers to maximise business and practice performance. Area Managers will also support compliance to clinical governance and provide guidance for conflict and issue management at the practices.

What we are looking for
- Previous Practice Management (or Area Management)
- General Practice experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- A current driver's license and your own car (travel reimbursed)
- Ambition to see the practices in your territory thrive under your support and guidance!
